THE CALAJANARA RESTAURANT
The Calajanara reataurant, also open to external visitors has a room and a panoramic veranda as well as an outside area created from an antique patio of the old house which opens on to a breath taking, cliff top panorama where, in summer, one dines by moon and candlelight.
Recommended are specialities like: assorted sea and country starters, sea cups, spaghetti cooked in foil,ditaloni with fish,fish soup, various grills according to the season’s catch, shell fish sauté, buttoned squid,gratinated sea medallions in lemon, lemon profiteroles,caprese cake, Neapolitan tart, and limoncello babas.
Wines:all the most prestigious labels of the rich campana tradition are present. The wine cellar is next to the dining hall.
