It is not easy to desribe the sensation you feel when you enter the dining area: a bright atmosphere with an impressive view of the surrounding hills; a feeling of warm ospitality and quietness, a courteous welcome are the first impressions as you pass through the door. The full lenght windows around the dining room afford a picturesque view of the vineyards, dominated by the castle of Castiglione Falletto, on the top of the opposite hill; the round tables complete the convivial, stilish and elegant atmosphere. Wine bottles are not shown in the dining room: they are jealously guarded in the wine cellar and red wines are served at a temperature that never exceed 18 degrees However bottles of after dinner drinks such as grappa and other quality spirit can be found in the round stone tower which gives the dining room its distinctive air.
