At the beginning of the 9th century important refurbishments took place in a pre-existent historical residence. The original structure of the building was fully transformed from a one floor private house with a loft, used as a lodging for the servants, to a high-class residence. While the large first floor was kept, the garret was transformed into a second floor with three apartments to be rented to middle class people…
