The residence is located at the small village of San Vincenzo, about 700 metres of the sea; a special place to spend your holidays and a perfect starting point to make sight seeing on the Etruscan Coast. In the neighbourhood you will find the island Elba, Bolgheri, The highlands of Siena and some famous places like Montalcino, San Giminiano, Suvereto, Campiglia M.ma, and Piombino.
Very interesting are also the necropolis of Populonia and Volterra. Northwards and Southwards of San Vincenzo there are flavorous sulphurous thermal baths.
The apartments are placed in a quied area, comfortable , with heating, air condition, Tv and washing machine. Same apartments have a fine view over the tyrrhanian sea, the island of Elba and the highlands around. Outside the residence our guest will find an area dedicated on relax fitted out with tables, chairs and pavilions with barbecue
