Any reservation cancelled within 15 days of the date of arrival is liable to be charged according to our cancellation policy.
From the moment of reservation, to 15 days before check-in: no charge.
From 14 days before check in, to 7 days before check-in: 25% penalty fee.
From 6 days before check in, to 24 hours before check in: 50% penalty fee.
From 24 hours before check-in, to 0 hours before check-in: 100% penalty fee.
No-show: 100% penalty fee.
