L' immobile è situato a San Cesario di Lecce: venendo da Lecce verso San Cesario, prosegui sulla circonvallazione in
direzione Galatina. Superi il semaforo vicino all'Ospedale (che si trova sulla Sx) e al semaforo successivo volti a Dx in direzione Lequile. Dopo circa cento mt sulla Dx c'è una rientranza (n. 46)con un cancello in ferro battuto e due colonne in mattoncini di cotto.
E' un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Lecce che si trova a soli 4 Km ed è raggiungibili con il treno o con autobus.Il centro del paese è a 300 mt ed è servito di tutti i servizi come farmacie,bar, ristoranti, cinema, supermercati,negozi di ogni genere.
La stazione non è distante, anche la superstrada e la tangenziale non sono distanti, pertanto sarà semplice organizzare un'escursione in uno dei fantastici comuni del Salento.
