The 3 Stars Hotel Lord Byron is situated in the center of Forio d'Ischia, at 600 m from the beach of Chaia, and at 2 km from the well-known beaches of Citara and Cava dell'Isola as well as from the famous 'Poseidon' thermal gardens.

The hotel consists in three separate structures, lying in a quiet position, behind a little green oasis, where one can admire both several Mediterranean plants and the panorama profiles of the hills near the southern-eastern side of the hotel (Monte Epomeo, 789 m, Monte Corvo, 663 m). Owing all the characteristics of a quiet villa surrounded by a green oasis, together with its carefully equipped interiors, a familiar management and the expertise of its staff, the hotel offers a refined and comfortable atmosphere, able to ensure a really relaxing holiday. Moreover, inside the hotel there are a coffee shop and an inn-bar too, situated in the suggestive frame of the swimming pool, that weekly hosts. Music entertainment, such as Neapolitan folk music, piano bar and dancing.

Easily reachable, the hotel is about 10 km far from the harbour of Ischia, 6 km from the harbour of Casamicciola Terme and 500 m from the little harbour of Forio (where there is only the mooring for hydrofoils). For the guests arriving by car, there is at their disposal, on request, an own car parking or a charged for, private car parking (attended in the daily time), at approximately 30 m from the hotel. On request and by an extra-charge, it is possible to arrange transfers from and to the airport of Capodichino, as well as from and to the railway stations of Napoli Centrale, Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, Napoli Mergellina and Napoli Campi Flegrei.
Once you have arrived at the ports of call of Napoli Molo Beverello or Mergellina (only hydrofoils) or Pozzuoli, there is the chance of choosing a ship (whose crossing takes 1 hour and 20 minutes) or a hydrofoil (45 minutes crossing), in order to reach the island of Ischia. On the other hand, for those guests, who are not arriving by car, there are at their disposal both public, efficient buses and a taxi and microtaxi service (the last ones being a characteristic of our island with their three wheels). Our hotel is reachable by the bus lines 1, 2 and CS; the nearest bus-stop is at only 10 m from the hotel entrance.
