Hotel Villa Ducale,
was a 700'century Villa, owned of a noble parmesan's family.
In 1987 Bertolotti's family decided to buy it and then, day after day, month after month, using their paesant tools, succeeded to rebuild it as Hotel, formed of 25 rooms and meeting rooms.
It was opened on 5 may 1988.
Today Mr. Bertolotti with the help of Villa Ducale staff, Michele, Stefania and Fabio has created an elegant structure formed of 41 double rooms, 3 Junior suites, 3 single rooms, 4 meeting rooms, a resturant, a fitness center and a breakfast room. Villa Ducale Hotel continues to offer the same hospitality year after year, keeping the familiar atmosphere and improving the professionality.



Hotel Villa Ducale,
is situated between Parma's Town center and the highway gate, immersed in a 10.000 mq century park, it borns from a restyling of a famous parmesan family's Villa and it offers a refined hospitality in a atmosphere of countryside residence.

To who want to care about oneself, away from home too, is free-use the Villa Ducale's fitness center,all furnished by 'Tecnogym'.

Sports Center

By our gate from the park, Villa Ducale's Customers can joins to 200.000 mq sport center, with outdoor swimming pool, soccer and minisoccer field, rugby field, tennis field, archery field.

from highway gate:
Parma center exit gate, take right direction towards to Parma's town center. After 1,5 km. turn on the left into Hotel Villa Ducale's century park.
from railway station:
with the station behind, take Viale Bottogo on right direction and just before to arrive on the bridge turn on right and go straight for 1.5 km. After that you can find Hotel Villa Ducale on the right side.
from Parma's fair:
itake Strada Baganzola on right side, direction Parma. After 5 Km. get bypass direction Parma center, Bologna, Autostrada A1. Go straight and go out to the 2° exit gate towards Highway A1 direction. After that go straight for 500m and you can find Hotel Villa Ducale on the right side.
