Our lovely apartment, situated on the first and second floor of a prestigious Venetian building, is just beside the Accademia Gallery and a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco , Palazzo Grassi and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
Our staff speaks fluently 5 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.
Being located in a strategic position, you will be able to enjoy your stay visiting the close Accademia Gallery where you can admire the best masterpieces of Venetian artists such as Tintoretto, Giorgione, Guardi, and Carpaccio or booking a romantic gondola ride through the Canal Grande just outside the apartment.

At our clients' disposal a beautiful terrace too overlooking the Canal Grande, where you can have breakfast on sunny days and laze about during the evenings when the first breeze starts to blow on the lagoon. On the breakfast table, in the room, on the terrace or in the breakfast room, you will always find fresh fruit, superb croissants and cappuccino prepared with a special touch and a sprinkle of cocoa.

We are located at a few steps from the vaporetto stop and easily reachable from the Marco Polo Airport, from the Santa Lucia Railway Station and from the Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma if you arrive by car.
ARRIVING IN VENICE FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT
Marco Polo airport is at Tessera on the mainland. You can choose to take a water taxi directly from the airport to the Hotel ( about 25 minutes at € 80,00 roughly) or the public bus line n.5 (every 30 minutes) to Piazzale Roma (last stop - about 20 minutes) and then the vaporetto line n. 82 and get off at the 'Accademia' stop (about 25 minutes), and in a few steps you will reach waiting to welcome you
ARRVING IN VENICE BY TRAIN
Venice Railway Station is about 1km from our place and at the end of the Canal Grande. You can reach us with a vaporetto (line n. 82), ticket price of € 3,10 per person (you will maybe have to pay for the luggage too, depending on the size). The stop is 'Accademia' (about 20 minutes).
ARRIVING IN VENICE BY CAR
If you arrive by car we suggest you to park your car in Piazzale Roma, where the main garages are, in some of them you can even reserve. Once you have parked your car take the vaporetto line n. 82 and get off at the 'Accademia' stop (about 25 minutes).
