Managed by the Bozzetti Family. The hotel was opened on March of 1999, featuring 32 rooms with private enterances, private telephone, frigo bar, color TV and air conditioning,




The hotel is situated in the proximities of the highway exit Parma-ovest.
The hotel is also situted in excellent position for the excursions at the Parma's castles and near the Giuseppe Verdi's home.
