Change of hills reach from the Apennin down to the coast interrupted many small valleys. Daring single trails, ancient Roman ways and 'Mulatieris' cover this area and offer with shady sweet chestnut woods and the scented 'Macchie' romantically wild bike-tours.At the back of Finale, between Savona and Verezzi, up to the Apennin (1000 meters above sealevel) rises the area used for biking.

Over 1'500 climbing routes can be found in a climbing zone of 10 km2 around Finale Ligure.
All are within an easy reach and each is defined by its own characteristics.
