Prices are per room, per night and they comprehend breakfast, the internet navigation and taxes. 2 adults with 1 child up to 12 years pay the price of a double room. 2 adults with 2 children up to 12 years pay the price of a triple room. Children until 3 years are not counted: they are always free.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The deadline for cancellation without penalty is 48 hours before arrival. The booking must be cancelled with a written request. In case of lacked arrival or late cancellation the penalty is the price of the first night of the reserved rooms, and the amount will be captured from the credit card.
When check-out is done in advance to the original CHECK OUT date, the penalty will be 30% of the price of the remaining stay.
The details entered in the present form will be processed by the Proprietor in full compliance with Italian Legal Decree no. 196/2003 regarding personal privacy. The details will be recorded by the Proprietor as provided for in Italian Legal Decree no. 196/2003 and will not in any circumstances or for any reason be passed on to third parties.
