Situated on Via Balbi in Genoa in the center at 50 mt. the Principe Station, the hotel occupies the four upper floors of an aristocratic building dating from the late seventeenth century, which later became the home of wealthy families belonging to the Genoese merchant class.

The 34 rooms and 4 to use Apartment with kitchenette equipped with Wi-Fi access, full bathroom with hairdryer, shower or bath, color TV and satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe, telephone with direct dialing, elevator to the floor and can accommodate pets.
