More or less it has passed a decade since its opening and now it is consiterated one of the best restaurants of central Umbria, it has been confirmed by the most important gastronomical guides, such as. Gambero Rosso, espresso, Veronelli, Umbria nel Piatto, Guida di Alice, Guida Audi ecc.
In the winter the heat of the big fearplace warms the evenings making you go back in time with your imagination, while in the summer the beautiful view you can have from the terrace helps you to enjoy your lunch much more. The wine menu is rich and carefully selected by the producers that know how to exploit the tipical tastes of the Umbrian winws and of the entire Italian territory.
The most successful plates answer to the traditional taste of our region: simple taste, but by a modern presentation. We would like to remind you our home cooked pork, served with bruschette and extravergin oil; our tagliolini cacao, pepe and tartufo di Norcia; our grilled tagliata di Angus with a classic hot chicory.
