THE CONCERN AND KITCHEN
The Montupoli concern is situated at the centre of a quiet village which lies on the hills of the Abruzzo region, 5 Km. from the coast and 20 Km. from the mountains, at a stone’s trow from the national park and the “ Trabocchi Dannunziani”, it is possible to take part in sporting activities such us : trekking, jogging, horse riding, biking and fishing. Near the holiday farm there is the prestigious Miglianico Golf.
The holiday farm is run on a family basis, offers a warm hospitality, and every effort is made to meet the requirement of our clients.
The holiday farm provides an indoor communal kitchen with fire place as well as an outdoor one with barbecue and wood oven.
In our area it is possible to taste the special ties of the region such a mutton roast and local meats, extra pure olive oil, bread and pizza baked in a wood heated oven, and drink the tasty full bodied Montepulciano wine of Abruzzo.

The holiday farm is situated in a hilly area, at Miglianico, near Chieti.

How to reach Montupoli holiday farm.

From Rome: by taking the A14 in the direction of Pescara, turning off at the A25 Pescara sud – Francavilla exit.

From Bologna and from Lecce:
By taking the A25 in the direction of Pescara, and turning off at the Pescara sud – Francavilla exit.


THE ROOMS

The holiday farm provided 3 double rooms and single one, for a total of seven beds.
The rooms, spacious and well furnished all have heating and bathroom.
There are also dwellings for domestic animals.
All rooms have a splendid view of the valleys which surround the holiday farm.
The rooms are serviced on a daily basis with change of linen.
There is also the possibility after consulting the manager, of occupying the double rooms as single rooms, after paying a little extra.





Nel raggio di 20 Km. si possono trovare tutte le località turistiche più ambite dell'Abruzzo, come il Parco Nazionale della Maiella, Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, il primo impianto di risalita sciistico è Passolanciano ed è a 15 Km., gli splendidi Ripari di Giobbe ed i Trabocchi Dannunziani, nonchè città d'arte e di cultura come Chieti con Teatro, cinema e musei ed una discoteca sorta dentro l'anfiteatro romano della Civitella!, Pescara città di mare e di divertimenti.
Il prestigioso Miglianico Golf è a soli 3 Km. con piscina scoperta, laghetto di pesca sportiva, fiume a soli 3 minuti di macchina.
La ristorazione prevista per gli alloggiati è a base di prodotti tipici della casa cotti al forno a legna e barbecue, si effettua la vendita di prodotti aziendali quali vino MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO, olio extravergine d'oliva, confetture, conserve, pane - pizza e dolci cotti al forno a legna ecc.. agnelli, vitelli, miele e formaggio.
Nel nostro agriturismo, a prezzi irrisori, avrete tutti i servizi a disposizione con l'accoglienza riservata e cordiale tipica degli Abruzzesi.
