“Angeli BeB” is a private residence occupying two floors including the ground floor. All our rooms are equipped with satellite television and air-conditioning. Most of them overlook a nice and typical Venetian garden (which is not part of our property unfortunately) and two typical “calli” (small streets) with “sottoportego”
(archway) leading to the canal. Our property has only a few rooms, which enables us to ensure the utmost in attentive, personalized and friendly service.
It was a private appartment before we bought it and it was completely renovated when we decided to turn it into a Bed e Breakfast. All restructuration works were made during Spring and Summer 2003, no detail was forgot, no energy and time were saved to make of “Angeli” one the finest Bed e Breakfasts in Venice. On the ground floor there is the Reception and Breakfast room. It is the main exchange point of the home, where we use to give all information regarding our city in order to help our guests to spend their holidays as real Venetians. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. whether in room or downstairs on the ground floor. We welcome with great pleasure families with children. We will not fail to give you our best advices to find an excellent restaurant at cheap/moderate cost, where you may enjoy the fresh ingredients and natural flavors of the traditional Venetian cuisine. We will also help you in organizing your itineraries through Venice to discover its most exciting sites.
Our property has a spectacular location, just 5 minutes on foot from the famous Rialto bridge and its colourful market, where everyday all Venetians go and buy fresh fish, meat and fruits/vegetables. In the middle of this “very Venetian” confusion, the tourist may enjoy discovering typical handmade “chef-d’oeuvre” such as Murano glass and all kind of masks, but also excentric boutiques selling everything . There one can find the best typical “osterias” (small restaurants serving Venetian specialities) and eat while overlooking the wonderful Canal Grande and Rialto bridge. Rialto is one of the three large bridges which cross the Gran Canal. At night it is simply magic to go for a walk in this district very well illuminated.
St. Mark’s square finds itself only 15 minutes on foot from our property (for those walking slowly… A Venetian would spend less than 10 minutes, but we understand that our city may seem a real labyrinth for foreigners).
We also are located only 20 minutes walking from Venice railway station and 20 minutes from Piazzale Roma, the entrance of Venice, with all parking facilities... this only to remember to those who visit Venice for the first time that our wonderful city has no access to cars.
For any other information on how to choose an itinerary, we will be pleased to answer directly by phone, fax or e-mail.
