Sports and Leisure
A wide range of leisure and sports facilities can be found in the near vicinity of the residence: tennis, five a side football, sunbed and parasol hire on the beach, kayaks and windsurfs, mooring and hire of small crafts and rubber boats. Boat trips to the archipelagos and scuba diving can be booked at Centro Immersioni Figarolo or at Alpha Diving with discounts for our clients.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings
Reservations are subject to the availability of places and can be considered confirmed only upon notification by Sardinia Blu Residence

Payment
30% of the total amount when booking .
The remaining amount 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of reservations made within 30 days from arrival the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Failure to comply with these terms will cause the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation
The traveler wishing to cancel a reservation will have to pay the following penalties (days will be accounted for starting on the day following the cancellation notice which must be made on a working day, during office hours):

Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival; 10% Penalty
Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival; 20% Penalty
Between 14 and 09 days prior to arrival; 30% Penalty
Between 08 and 04 days prior to arrival; 50% Penalty
03 days prior to arrival; 75% Penalty
No refunds will be given after this term or in case of anticipated departure.

Sardinia Blu Residence reserves the right to cancel the travel and accommodation contract at any time, in compliance with the Art. 10, law n° 1084, 27/12/77, concerning the International Convention for Travel and Accommodation Contracts, with no other obligation than the refund of the amount paid as long as the cancellation is notified to the client at least 15 days prior to the arrival.

Any legal action will be competence of the Rome City Court.
